You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of kui4d's services complies with applicable local, state, national, or international laws and regulations. kui4d does not warrant that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
You are permitted to maintain only one Account with kui4d. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and winnings.
Prohibited Users: Individuals who are self-excluded, banned from gaming establishments, or residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use kui4d's services under any circumstances.
To access most features of the Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred payment details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password (your "Credentials"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify kui4d of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. kui4d cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Credentials.
kui4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gaming. We employ comprehensive KYC procedures that may require you to submit documentation proving your identity, age, and residential address. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (bank account statement or credit card photos with certain digits obscured).
You agree to provide requested documentation within 72 hours of our request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals. In some cases, we may freeze or terminate your Account if adequate verification cannot be obtained.
You may fund your Account using payment methods accepted by kui4d, including bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, though some payment methods may require additional processing time. kui4d does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You may only deposit Funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 4 hours during business hours (9 AM - 10 PM WIB, Monday through Sunday). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification, which can extend processing time up to 24 hours. Withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard.
All transactions on the kui4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method in a different currency, your financial institution's or payment provider's exchange rate will apply, and currency conversion fees may be charged by the third-party provider.
kui4d operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions. Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities as required by law. As a general rule, you must wager your deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement helps prevent our Platform from being used for money laundering purposes.
kui4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are provided at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable terms.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.
Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, constitutes bonus abuse. kui4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are pending, withdrawals may be restricted. In some cases, requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings derived from the bonus.
Each game available on the Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or in our help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules, payout structures, and features of any game before placing bets. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome or rules interpretation, kui4d's decision shall be final.
All games on the kui4d Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Player or the operator. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent auditing agencies.
Sports betting markets are subject to specific terms including settlement rules, void match protocols, and result verification procedures. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or kui4d's designated statistics provider.
In the event of game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected bets and gameplay may be void. kui4d will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and rectify the issue. If a game malfunction causes incorrect payouts, kui4d reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting Account balances. You agree that kui4d is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kui4d and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
kui4d provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
kui4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your Account is terminated for reasons not involving misconduct, your balance will be returned after resolution of any pending matters.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against kui4d must be brought within one year after the cause of action arises, or such claim is permanently barred.
